Brad Pitt Flashes TWO New Tats in New Orleans in the Midst of Wedding Tattoo Rumors

Despite having six kids, a fiancé and a booming acting career, Brad Pitt apparently still has time to go under the needle every once in a while, which the 50-year-old proved when he flashed two new tattoos during a friendly game of catch in New Orleans over the weekend. Brad was visiting the city to attend the annual gala for the Make it Right foundation, which the actor established in 2007, to build homes and buildings for communities in need. Fellow actor Matthew McConaughey was also in New Orleans for the gala, and it was when the two engaged in a friendly game of catch with a football that Brad Pitt’s new tattoos on his bicep and stomach were visible.

Rumors started circulating back in March about possible matching tattoos for soon-to-be-newlyweds Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt, and, according to one source, the superstar couple is deciding “with what and where they will ink themselves to mark their long-awaited marriage. Brad really wants to do something special, and frankly, a little weird to mark the occasion, and they want to get the exact same design, in the exact same spot on their bodies.” Both Angelina and Brad have several tattoos to their names already, including a few dedicated to one another, so matching wedding tattoos wouldn’t come as too much of a surprise for the inked-up couple, but it sure would be cute!

Whether or not the two new tattoos Brad showed off in New Orleans over the weekend were inspired by the couple’s upcoming nuptials remains to be seen, but we have a feeling both are tributes to Brad’s future wife and mother of his children. The first tattoo is inked on the inside of Brad’s right bicep in curlicue black script and reads: “There exists a field, beyond all notions of right and wrong. I will meet you there,” which is a variation of part of a poem by 13th century Persian poet and theologian, Jalal ad-Din Rumi. The second new tattoo for Brad is inked on his abdomen, just above his waistline, and appears to be a word beginning with the letter “A,” which the actor incorporated into the tattoo of Angelina’s birth date he already had on his stomach.

So what do you all think? Are Brad’s new bicep and stomach tattoos the “special” and “weird” ink he originally had in mind to celebrate his marriage? Or will Brad go under the needle again once he and Angelina have officially tied the knot? Give us your predictions in the comments section below!
