In her ongoing quest to be completely “covered in tattoos,” British fashion model Cara Delevingne revealed yet another new tat this week, this time inking the word “silence” on her arm. Cara debuted the new tat – which is inked in black cursive on the inside of her right wrist – on Instagram at 4:00 in the morning on October 17, 2013, after her and her new fav tattoo artist, Bang Bang, downed a few too many gun-themed whiskey shots. Around the same time, Bang Bang uploaded a pic to Instagram showing him and Cara watching while another person got inked, and in the photo, Cara has what looks like several more tattoos inked on her left hand.

Cara Delevingne’s tattoo of the word “silence” comes just a few days after the model debuted two other new tats – the Roman numeral 12 on her ribcage and a Southern Cross constellation tattoo around her ear. Both of these tattoos were inked by Brazilian tattoo artist Daniel Tucci while Cara was in Rio de Janeiro, but Cara returned once again to the infamous Bang Bang for her wrist tat. In a caption posted along with the pic of Cara’s tattoo, the 21-year-old model wrote “Silence speaks when words can’t @bangbangnyc.” Bang Bang then added his own two cents, writing, “My girl @caradelevingne newest addition…Met her 6 months ago, now she has 10 tattoos! #hooked.” Ten?! That leads us to believe that those telltale inkings on Cara’s left hand may, in fact, be new tattoos!

Cara-Delevingne-silence-tattooCara’s “silence” tattoo is inked on the same hand as her lion and “CJD” tattoos, both of which were inked back in May 2013. Except for the two done in Brazil, all of Cara Delevingne’s tattoos have been done by the talented Bang Bang, who was first introduced to the model by his number one client – Rihanna – who may before too long have to relinquish her title to the inked-up Cara. Despite the fact that Cara has received some serious backlash regarding her new-found addiction to tattoos, the fashion model doesn’t seem like she is even close to being done. In fact, according to Brazilian tattoo artist Daniel Tucci, “[Cara] loves tattoos and says she isn’t going to stop, she wants to be covered in tattoos.” We don’t think it will be too long before she is!
