Shirtless Justin Bieber Shows Off New “Forgive” Hip Tattoo at Diddy Party

Justin Bieber may be facing felony vandalism charges for allegedly egging his neighbor’s house last month, but the pop star seems intent on going about his business, attending parties sans-shirt and even adding a new cheeky “Forgive” tattoo to his hip. That’s right, in the midst of the criminal charges pending against him in both the U.S. and Canada for vandalism, assault and DUI, Justin Bieber appears to be praising the merits of forgiveness with his new tattoo, which is inked in black script on his right hip bone, opposite the tiny seagull tat he sports on his left hip. The question is…is the Biebs seeking forgiveness for his actions, does he plan on doling it out to others, or is his “Forgive” tattoo simply meant to be tongue-in-cheek?

The Bieber name appears to be toxic these days, and after being denied entry into at least five night clubs and a New York strip club on Superbowl Sunday, Justin Bieber and his crew were spotted last week partying it up at a Ciroc party in Atlanta, where the Biebs showed off his new “Forgive” tattoo on his hip. The party, which took place on February 5 at the Atlanta Vanquish Lounge, was hosted by rap mogul Diddy, and a shirtless, blinged-out and nearly pant-less Justin Bieber showed no signs of distress over possibly facing felony charges for the infamous egg-throwing incident that caused $20,000 worth of damage to his neighbor’s home in Calabasas, California. In fact, he looked downright thrilled to be partying with the likes of Diddy, Rick Ross, T.I. and Jermaine Dupri.

And why wouldn’t he be thrilled? Just five days after getting arrested for allegedly driving drunk in Miami Beach, Justin commissioned celebrity tattoo artist Keith “Bang Bang” McCurdy to ink his new “Forgive” tattoo…40,000 feet in the air. That’s right, it was on a flight to Canada that the singer had his “Forgive” hip tattoo done, and Bang Bang said afterwards that it was “the most difficult tattoo I’ve ever done for sure.” Considering the fact that Bang Bang has inked the likes of Rihanna, Katy Perry, Chris Brown and Selena Gomez, that’s quite a statement. And while some will attribute Justin Bieber’s “Forgive” tattoo to his recent legal woes, the Biebs texted Bang Bang after the tattoo session and explained: “Forgiveness is powerful, forgive as Jesus died on the cross to forgive our sins.”

Justin has been concentrating primarily on his vast collection of arm tattoos these days, adding three new tats to his left and right arms in a matter of days in January, including a court jester tattoo he had done almost immediately after the egg-throwing incident on January 9. Although Justin’s ironic jester tattoo had some wondering whether the singer was actually proud of his new-found bad-boy reputation, he followed it up with a Gothic font tattoo of the word “love,” and then a giant cross tattoo in the center of his chest, which kind of seemed like he was trying to prove to everyone that he’s still a good guy. And now that he’s thrown a “Forgive” tattoo into the mix, we’re pretty certain the Biebs is desperately trying to do some damage control.
